HTML Signature Configuration

HTML Signature Required - written code already but cant get it to work in Office 365 or Eclipse CRM - doesnt pull the images/colours. Code provided on acceptance, looking for something quick who knows what they're doing and will look at it and go ahh yeah bish bash bosh done.
