I need to make html + scss banner as per image attached.
Important notes:
1. must be responsive, stay full width of his container
2. must be designed for images inserted from cms, so every image must fit the design
3. desktop version is above 576px window width
4. please note that in desktop version we have also a line
5. please note that we have also overlay darken
6. write SCSS code
