I am in need of a skilled HTML expert to develop a landing page for my website. I have a design already made, and now I need it implemented in a way that is optimized for performance for all laptop/ desktop screen size and mobile responsive and looks visually appealing. Additionally, the job requires some animation effects using Jquery libraries.
The landing page needs to be user friendly and should be designed keeping customer engagement in mind. It should catch user attention with its slick design, all while being fully responsive to ensure a seamless experience on any device.

I have partial work done by previous developer- you are free to work on that or can choose to create or work from scratch. Timelines are to be met because they are very crucial. Laptop/ Desktop Responsive timeline - To create from Scratch - 5 days , to fix what is left midway - 3 days. Mobile responsive - 5 days.
