HTML JavaScript GoogleSheet task

Looking for simple query database webpage that can be used for users to input a unique ID number that we have assigned and distributed prior and it will show them their information (and only their's not the whole database). We would like the data to be pulled from a google sheet. We found something similar using an application called Awesome Table, but we would prefer not to use a 3rd party application if possible. I've attached a screen recording of how it functioned in Awesome table, but again, we don't users to be able to see the whole database (as can be seen in the recording), but just their info.
