HTML Form wizard
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have got this form wizard template (https://jthemes.net/themes/html/wizard-form/v1/)
I want to replace the questions with the following workflow:
1. Interior or exterior Design or both
If interior, show below questions.
2. Enter Number of rooms
3. Depending on number of rooms entered, say
a. Enter a name for each room - label with textboox
4. Next page, show room #1. Text box to enter description and way to attach photos. Next and do same for remaining rooms.
If exterior, show below questions
Page 1:
1. Number of garage doors (drop down select)
2. Garage door color (textbox and color select palet)
3. Exterior building color
4. Exterior building texture (front, sides, back)
If user selects both:
Then show interior questions then after that, exterior questions
It just need to be html static code.
