HTML Expert Needed for Email Series

I'm looking for an HTML expert to help implement changes to our company's (Saatchi Art) welcome email trigger series. We've already put together a plan and just need your expertise to implement it.
Key tasks will include:
- Implementing pre-prepared content into HTML code.
- Ensuring all emails are designed with responsive design principles for mobile devices.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with HTML and email design.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure our content is accurately represented.
- A solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Ability to produce personalization code.
