HTML Content Transfer For Full Site

As the owner of an HTML based website, I need a professional with proficient skills in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to replace the existing content.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
- Previous experiences with content transfers
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate transfer
Project Tasks
Create new page from contents
H1, H2, H3 Titles given with the tag into contents so you will know what title where to put
Need to create images from canva or any other tools simple related to paragraph
Alt tag in image must be pasted whenever required
Images must be compress with tiny png
Code with minimal tags
Contents will be from 1500 words to 3500 words
Just copy from existing page code and replace text and images if needed create new sections to make better page
H1 Tag must be only one time for entire page
H2, H3, H4 must me in hierarchy
Images must be used from royalty free site and what image used into project must save URL from where it is downloaded
Developer must have skills to set section according to contents block from text file, Let's say there are 6 sub heading and text than developer need to find which section will fit in new page copy that from exiting one and replace text accordingly
Remove unwanted code and comments no need comments and unwanted code in website
Job is very simple you can use ChatGPT to write HTML with given block, I will teach you how you can make a single page in two to three hours
