HTML / CSS / JS - Fix little errors on website FAST

I am contacting you for easy and fast fixes for an expert:
1. Please check the website: https://www.chiarasarena.com
On DESKTOP, it looks fine.
On ALL MOBILES, the texts are too small, please check this image: https://i.imgur.com/tUn1Lp7.png
Can you also center the background image on mobile so the keyboard is at middle ? Same as in DESKTOP view.
And fix the mails not receiving.
2. Please check the website https://www.kevinlocatelli.com
Below the "Kevin Locatelli" in red, I want the text animation from this: https://rainbowit.net/html/inbio/
It's the same theme, just different layout.
The theme is: https://themeforest.net/item/inbio-one-page-personal-portfolio-template/33188244
Also, when clicking the right button, it should redirect at the bottom for CONTACT, can you fix ? Same for sending message.
