Google Ad Manager consent --> Third party

We use Google Ad Manager / Ad Sense consent tool (former known as “Funding Choices”). Since the banners on our website are published only with given consent, the third party integration for Teads (hardcoded script on website) will not recognize the given consent, and doesn't work well (header-bidding).

Who can implement this right?
If necessary, Google Tag Manager is available, too.
