Gmail-Friendly HTML Email Shell + Sales Template

We’re looking for a freelancer to help us create a lightweight, Gmail-friendly HTML email framework for our wedding/events business.

IMPORTANT: These are not “marketing campaign” emails or newsletters. We want them to feel conversational, personal and easy to edit inside Gmail after insertion/draft creation.

We already have:

- existing Gmail Layout templates
- all copy/content
- branding/logo
- existing email signatures/headshots
- structure and workflow

At this stage, we’re looking for 3 deliverables:

1. A polished reusable master shell/framework for important client-facing emails (sales enquiries, booking confirmations etc)
2. One fully built core sales email template built within that shell, based on our existing Gmail Layout template
3. One more lightweight/minimal shell/template for quick replies and general Gmail communication, with subtle branding/signature only

The goal is to recreate/refine our existing Gmail layouts in clean HTML so they:

- render beautifully in Gmail
- remain easy to edit within Gmail
- are mobile responsive
- use lightweight, clean code

A key requirement is that the emails still feel human and conversational — not like automated marketing blasts.

We’d also like to retain small personal headshots within the footer/signature area, but in a lightweight, elegant, Gmail-friendly way rather than as one large image-heavy signature block.

Requirements:

- Strong experience building Gmail-compatible HTML emails
- Inline CSS only
- Lightweight, clean code (NOT bloated newsletter-builder exports)
- Templates must remain editable within Gmail
- Mobile responsive
- Conversational/premium aesthetic

This is a relatively lightweight rebuild/refinement project rather than a full email marketing system.
