Ghost Theme Developer Needed For Small Job

Looking for an experienced Ghost CMS developer to do some theme development work for us.
**** MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN GHOST CMS ****

What we need done to the headlines standard theme is:
- Thumbnail within article and on home page (both featured and underneath featured) need to be the same dimensions (same aspect ratios)
- Sign up box at top of home page (see attached image)
- Small 'Latest Newsletter’ section underneath sign up box (Small section that links to the latest "Newsletter section post.
- 'What We Are Watching' & 'Headline News' are behind pay-wall (subscribers only)
