Get Data From HTML Data Table to Another HTML Data Table

Hello I have enclosed my project.
Please Open FileMasterWithClient.aspx
Now Click on Add Client Option
a New Popup Windows Open
Here in Popup Windows User Select the data maybe in multiple rows then after selection it reflects in FileMasterWithClient.aspx webpage

Now In Popup Window (It Should me in modal box)
on FileMasterWithClient.aspx (When Data added here remove option required row wise)
