Fully functional newsletter project

Project: I am looking to add a newsletter (can be embedded with code) to a custom section of my deviantart page so visitors can subscribe for new galleries and new content that I will be creating, and allows them to reply to the emails I sent them. You can use Mailchimp (I created a mailchimp account already for this project) or another platform of your choice. I created a gmail email to use it with the newsletter. Result wanted is a fully working newsletter where users can enter their emails to receive notifications, and allows to send mass emails to all subscribers, or selected subscribers.
