This site has been built from scratch with no programming framework, so in-depth knowledge of PHP and web development is crucial. The tasks will primarily involve ensuring code integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular maintenance and updates of the existing code base
- Debugging and fixing issues as they arise
- Optimizing performance to ensure a smooth user experience
- Implementing security updates to safeguard the site
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong background in PHP and web development
- Prior experience with custom-built websites
- Familiarity with LetsEncrypt for SSL management
- Experience with Nginx is a plus
- Ability to work with partially documented code
This project may start off intermittently but has the potential to develop into more active work.
