Full-Stack Developer for Personal Blog/Portfolio

I'm looking for a versatile developer with a strong foundation in full-stack development to build a new personal blog or portfolio for me. The project should be completed within a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a fully functional, responsive and aesthetically pleasing personal blog or portfolio from scratch.
- Implement both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure seamless performance and user experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.) technologies.
- Prior experience designing and developing personal blogs or portfolios is a plus.
