Frontend UI for our web application using HTML, CSS, jQuery - Online CRM

I am looking for a Web Designer (HTML & CSS 3) for our cloud based CRM.

The main tasks includes,

1. Detail page to be designed based on our prototype using our theme

2. Design should be responsive in Desktop, Laptop, Tab and Mobile devices
