Frontend React, html, css expert - 1day deadline and only individual

I have a lot of projects to do in our team so looking for the fast, excellent, dedicated frontend programmer.
It will be a good bonus he/she can do environment setup for various backend stuff including .net or php etc.
But your primary job will be converting figma design to html or react js codes with clean format.
I will only hire dedicated individual who can show strong portofolio on his/her github profile.
Need an immediate start since the projects have delayed already due to previous programmer.
