Front-end engineer with React.js for Japanese-English web platform development

We are a company that provides a service to support companies in building a system to recruit advanced IT engineers from Indian Institutes of Technology via internship.
We are currently developing a web platform to improve the operational efficiency of this service. The design and back-end algorithms are to be completed in-house, We are urgently looking for a front-end engineer who can implement the UI quickly and accurately.
The users of this platform are Indian Institute of Technology students, Japanese companies, and our admins.
We are currently working on the following features
(1) Profile page for Indian Institute of Technology students
(2) Company page of the client company (UI will be in Japanese)
(3) Admin page for our admins to match (2) and (3)
(4) Various pages to automatically proceed with the selection process on the system based on the information in (1).
Communication in English between our UIUX designer (Japanese) and backend engineer (Indian).

Estimated operating hours: 20 hours/month
Remuneration and working hours will be discussed based on actual work.
There is a possibility of requesting other work (such as coding for service site modification).

UI implementation (HTML, CSS, React.js, JavaScript) / Online meetings (English) / Slack communication (English) / Testing of actual devices
Start date: Immediately

Requirements for Application
-Experience as a front-end engineer for more than 5 years.
-Good communication skills.
-Fast response time.
-Able to pay attention to details.
-Able to work in a consultative manner.
-Time difference should be small (with India and Japan)
