Front end dev - Build me a website to upload images or videos, preview results, with account management (site sign in, google/FB sign in)

I need a front end website where users can upload images or videos (upload widget supporting frag and drop), which then get processed on the back end.
Once processed, a result preview is displayed on the webpage to the user, who can then select options for the final result. Canvas or similar technics will be used to allow the user to interact with the preview result, and then generate the final result.
The website has to be responsive and display properly on desktop as well as on mobile.
No preference on the framework used, provided it is responsive and easy to dev and maintain.
The front end will have to interact with the back end processing workers and database.
Time estimated about 50 hours minimum, but to be discussed.
