Freelance Developer

I'm working as a freelance in a freelancing platform and I'm representing an international team consisting of freelancers who works on several aspects of fields. I'd like to expand our job search scope to this freelancing platform but we are having a problem in working on such. Some freelancers based in Asia couldn't get many jobs within short days because most of the clients prefer to work with European and American freelancers. Also, the average hourly rate of Asian developers is a little low compared to other developers based in Europe or America.

So I'd like to ask you to help me gather more developers based in Europe or America who are interested in joining our team.
