Format home page layout (easy tweeks)

I do not like how my website shows on mobile. The desktop I am happy with and I just want the homepage only to be looking the same how it is on desktop. There are screenshots attached of my desktop and you can see on your phone www.rimandtirepro.ca to view how it is not good on mobile.

Theres a empty space also on the right site of the website like a left scroll that I want to get rid of.
