Food Supply Chain

I am looking to modify the frontend architecture of my food supply chain using Blockchain. This project will involve evaluating the existing supply chain and designing and implementing a new supply chain. In addition, I will require an update to the existing design and the introduction of new technology. I am looking for someone with the skills, capability, and experience to produce quality results in a timeline of 1-4 weeks.
