Fixing my metamask issue

Hey, I'm having issues with my website. I had just integrated metamask & web3 to it where it allows users to connect their wallet to my site, my issue is that only im able to connect where as other users are unable to & the URL adds a /# to the end. I've tried to look for the issue but im unable to find it.
