Fixing Shiny app migration from www.shinyapps.io to digital ocean

Hi, I need to migrate/fix a website already online in www.shinyapps.io/. The problem is the follow:
after some minute that I open the shiny-app I receive this error : "Disconnected from the server. Reload".
If problem is related to the server the idea is also to migrate to digital ocean clouding. Anyone could help me?
