Fixed Slow Loading problem in Kentico CMS

we have created another website in Kentico CMS - but the problem is that it is loading very slow
issue is not with a server - server is fine and it is hosting many other websites also
it seems that cache is not working
Looking for someone who have a hand on experience on Kentico CMS and can debug that problem
we will give him access to test site and once he has fixed the problem then he will tell the changes and we will apply that changes on live website.
seems to be a quick job for a knowledgeable person.
