Fix wix website scaling issues

Our website is hosted and created on Wix. We are having scaling issues depending on what computer screen it is viewed on? We have the ability to change it for mobile viewing so it is nothing to do with that. I can't seem to fix this issue and really would like help with it!

The price is definitely negotiable as I'm not sure how much work this will take.
