Fix my podcast connection

I produce a podcast via Podbean but GoDaddy is my server. Don't ask me how or why I got that tangled up. I just need someone to fix it. I want to write, upload audio/video and publish strictly with Podbean. I don't understand DNS or CNAME settings or anything similar. Don't want to mess with it. Just want somebody to fix it for me.
