Fix outlook email view broken.

I have good email html and design for sending html content.
I've attached html and design.
It works in many mails on web browser very well, but doesn't work on outlook tool.(Microsoft Outlook 2016 for PC)
But if I use postcards tool(https://designmodo.com/postcards/app/), I can export html as email .
That exported html works very well in my outlook .
So what I want?
Making html as working on outlook by using postcards or any other way.
Get it?
POINT) I MUST use only Outlook for sending and watching emails.
I need html file and you have to send me html file.
When you complete this project, you may send test email and i will watch it on my outlook.
