Fix an issue in Google Apps Script

We have a Google Apps Script for a google sheet that is supposed to be able to send multiple email at once. However, when I click submit the error I get is "Cannot read property Split of undefined". I would need you to fix the code so that the sheet can send emails easily to as many recipients as we set. Req.F - 1.0 Get the excel sheet send emails
--> When the user clicks "Send Retro Emails" then the email should be sent to each "Client Email" with no errors
--> The functionality is already there, the developer will only need to remove errors and bugs so that the emails can easily be sent
Test.F - 1.0:
--> Step 1: Create X number of columns with different emails
--> Step 2: Click "Send Retro Emails" button
--> Step 3: Login to each email and see if the email was actually delivered.
