Fix email HTML code - Make responsive and other fixes

I need an expert coder in email marketing that can help me fix the HTML code on the attached file.
I need to fix:
- The HTML code to make email responsive responsive, so that it shows well in PC and mobile. Make tables and images adjust so that it shows 100% width and correcly.
- The font must be the same for all the body of the email.
- Email must have a background. Pick a light grey color.
- The text "Gracias" over the image must be bigger and with an exclamation sign "!"
- The images in the boxes below must be sharper. I can fix that. Just tell me the correct size and format and I will send them to you.
- Gradeco logo must be 20% larger. If you need the enlarged image, I will send it to you.
