Fix contact module on Google blogger blog

Please read carefully. I am seeking a freelancer to help fix an issue with the contact module on my Google blogger blog. The original contact module from blogger was modified from another developer to receive mobile number as well which was not included in the original form, but it s not working anymore. I don t have my own server or professional email. The original google blogger module gives directly the information on the gmail but without the mobile phone number. The task would be to make it working with mobile number
