Fix Outlook Email Signature Icons
Budget: $10 – $40 AUD
Every time I add my HTML signature in Outlook the social media icons corrupt the layout; recipients see broken images or strange spacing. I need the code cleaned up so it renders flawlessly in Outlook (my sending client) and still looks right when it lands in other popular mailboxes.
Here’s what I want kept intact:
• Icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok, all sitting neatly in a single row.
• Each icon must be a working link to the correct profile.
• No external image-blocking errors—images should display even behind strict security settings.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A tested, production-ready HTML signature file.
2. Any hosted image assets (or guidance if you prefer embedding as base64).
3. Simple step-by-step instructions so I can install or update the signature myself in Outlook.
I’ll consider the job done once the signature shows perfectly on my end, passes a couple of test sends to Gmail and Apple Mail, and every link opens the right page.
