Fix Get a Quote Form

We need to fix get a quote form on promofex.com home page. there are three tabs on left side (a) Display Ads (b) Social Media Marketing (c) Content Marketing those tabs should be clickable and selected tab should be highlighted. on changing tab, form's subject should be changed automatically. this doesn't work properly. Please check and submit your price.
