Firetag - Preventing forest fires

A web application that lets its users share their location with the fire department to report any incident of a forest fire. The front end of the website is almost complete, i.e location is being retrieved and displayed on the console. Now, I need help with storing those coordinates in a database and displaying them on another map for the portal that will be accessed by the firemen which would also require a login page.
