Finish Theme Customization Work -- 2

This is the Figma design I want to change.
There are 2 modes of designs(Light and Dark), but I want only Light Mode customization.
The theme is PinClone. This is the site: https://beta1.melaninterest.com/
This theme has 2 modes, Light and Dark, which can be converted in the admin theme options page.
I installed a child theme and it is already customized according to the Figma design.
But not yet finished all, desktop customization is almost finished according to the Figma design except Settings page.
But mobile layout is still remain and to be customized.
I want someone who can handle this successfully.
