Finalize the website with a payment system

The website was developed partly, I want you to finalize it. There are some minor changes in the frontend including french translation (using Google Translate is enough :) ). The backend part is missing entirely.

There are missing functionalities like registration and login (without any OAuth), payment system, chat, etc...
Payment system suggestions are needed, the target country is France
