File Repository and Upload Data History - Front End

Hello Freelancers,
We are currently looking to develop 2 new features within our Dashboard.
These items are:
Create a data upload history which customers and carriers can view within the dashboard. This would appear as a new section called “Upload History” within the Upload section. It would record the name, date and user name of the last file uploaded by that user. It would keep an entire history of the data uploaded by that user.
A customer can see what shipped data was uploaded by the customer.
and
Both a customer and a carrier can see what bid data was uploaded by a carrier.
A page that can store files or documents into a repository that is show on the front end. I.e. a DropBox for our frontend. It would be possible for a customer to just attach a document for carriers to view. The carrier interacts with these files / documents by clicking a button beside the file name whereby they are accepting or rejecting an article that has been uploaded. Examples of tables & files to be stored are:
Images / JPEGs etc
.csv or .xls / .xlsx files
Word files / .txt files
Basic image of what the UI would look like
Developer must be familiar with React v18 & Javascript, HTML and SASS/CSS. The enhancement will be of creating new tables using existing packages.
If this mini project is successful there is a considerably larger amount of similar work available for the developer (if you’re interested).
