Figma plugin development

Figma Plugin to import our library to figma

We're looking to hire a figma developer to create a plugin that will have the following options:

Login, signup, activate using key code
Drag and drop illustrations into figma designs
admin to upload and add new illustrations on weekly basis
favorite option to mark preferred illustrations and add them to project
Multi user option using keys for business account
Free account to use low res png
Premium accounts ( activated via key) to use PNG high res or svg
Multiple categories/packs of illustrations
Search for illustrations via category + keyword within plugin
