Figma to Bubble.io/webflow with travel API integration - displaying tours on page (no booking/payments)

I am looking for a developer who can complete Figma to Bubble.io/webflow development and integrate a travel API into the Bubble.io/webflow app (5 pages). The travel integration will be focused on Tour searching using the Viator API. I am looking to include the following features in the travel integration:

Homepage
- Hero with a Location search
- Container: Popular locations
- Container: Popular products (show a number of products in a carousel)
- Container: Latest blogs

Search results page
- Results from location/category search
- Filters
- Sorting

Product page
- Tour details, images, reviews
- Booking button

Blogs page
- Typical blog page for SEO

User journey:
Homepage search for location -> Select tour from search results -> tour product page redirect to http://Viator.com once tapping on "Book now"

The ideal developer for this job would have experience with:

- Figma to No-Code platform ie Bubble.io/Webflow
- No-Code app development
- Integrating APIs, specifically the Viator API
- SEO optimized pages
- Mobile responsive development
- Design system building

API Notes:
- The Viator API level is "Basic-access Affiliates" meaning no payment/booking, the booking button redirects users to the Viator.com page with a referral.
- There is no user login/access/interaction ie liking
