Feedback & Review Management SaaS Development

I'm in need of an experienced React developer or someone with a strong JavaScript framework background to build a SaaS application that specializes in managing feedback and reviews across multiple platforms.
Built with Super Admin, agency, sub accounts in mind for a CPanel (whitelable experience)
- customise logo/ branding/ policies etc
Key Features:
- Collect feedback and reviews from Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
- Implement an NPS score system, a review gate, and a comment section for each review.
- Develop a website display widget that allows for real-time updates, has a customizable design, and a responsive layout.
- NFC management (update link for NFC and track its usage rates)
Additional Requirements:
- The application should have a user-friendly interface that allows for easy tracking and reporting of feedback and reviews.
- The API should be REST-based to ensure smooth integration with various platforms.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in React and other relevant JS frameworks.
- Experience in building SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
