Experienced Front-End (React) developer needed to create SPA

We need an experienced React developer to build an SPA (Only Front End) with IBM Carbon design system components and will respect the patterns as explained on their official website. It will include ten pages.

SPA will include:

1- Login page, forgot password, Remember me etc.
2- Sign Up page
3- Structure- Header, Nav menu, Left-Side menu, Right side panels, Dynamic tabs with their contents, Drop-down, Notification etc.
4- Dashboard with dynamic widgets where the user can update dashboard depending on needs.
5- Tear sheets and Modals.
6- Icons and image patterns.
7- Themes like Dark mode, Light mode, and gray mode
8- Language supports
9- Necessary components or as the developer may suggest.
10- Necessary pages.


Note: All the requested and mentioned components already exist on the Carbon Desing System, so the developer will only bundle together and structure for our use case. We will appreciate the developer suggestions for best results. It is important to have a close and patient collaboration so we can achieve our goals.
