Experienced Developer for Google Tag Manager Configuration & Bootstrap Assistance

I have a website (syntech.pl) based on the Bootstrap framework, and I am encountering a problem configuring Google Tag Manager. The developer who created the site is no longer available, so I cannot correctly configure the tags for tracking conversions. Without this, I cannot launch any advertising campaigns.

The site is currently hosted on GitHub and uses Cloudflare.

I am seeking an experienced developer to help me solve this problem. I would like to learn about your experience working with Bootstrap and Google Tag Manager. What is your rate for such a task? How long will it take you to complete it?
