Experience Magento 2 Theme Developer

I am looking for an experienced Magento 2 Theme Developer who can assist with custom design and layout for my website.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- Custom design and layout for the Magento 2 theme
- Implementation of desired color scheme and layout changes
- Functionality modifications as needed
- Frontend colors, backgrounds, banners and menus should be editable from the admin panel
- Theme has separate mobile and desktop version template
- Theme should be optimized on css and javascripts so we can get a good google page speed core and lightening fast loading speed on slow mobile phones.
