Existing Website Support

my-pro.eu is a webiste for golf professionals and their customers. I have used South African developers to help me build the site but they are no longer in a position to offer support. my-pro is a new company, and although the site is built I need a freelancer to make simple adjustments to the layout and functionality. Once this is done there will be regular work but I will need the freelancer on hand to deal with any issues that may arise. Apparently, the my-pro technology stack includes:
C#
.NET / .NET MVC
Microsoft SQL Server
Web Development
HTML + Javascript
CSS
Jquery
Although English, I am based in Poznan, Poland so would preferably prefer a Freelancer based in this area. Any advice you are able to offer would be well received.
