Enhance Prebuilt Tax Filing Script with Appointment Booking and Video Call Features

I am looking for an experienced developer to enhance my prebuilt tax filing script by adding the following features:

1. Appointment Booking System
For Clients:
Add the ability for clients to book consultations with Chartered Accountants for a fee.
For Chartered Accountants:
Allow Chartered Accountants to book appointments with clients for free if necessary (e.g., for follow-up consultations).
2. Video Call Integration
When an appointment is booked, automatically generate a video call link using Agora AI or any alternative platform of your choice.
Seamlessly integrate the video call feature into the platform.
3. Internal Discussion to Chat-like Section
Convert the current "Internal Discussion" section into a modern chat interface (similar to Facebook Messenger or Freelancer).
Chat Features:
Real-time messaging with a clean and user-friendly UI.
Include the ability to directly initiate video calls between clients and Chartered Accountants.
4. Video Call Restrictions in Chat
Add a feature for Chartered Accountants to enable or disable direct video calls in the chat interface at their discretion (to prevent spam calls).
