Embed Our Quarterly Newsletter into Gmail

Pleasure to connect with you here. We are A Work of Substance, a multidisciplinary agency based in Hong Kong, with offices in Paris and Bali. We have been sharing quarterly newsletters to our client and media partners, and would like to upgrade the next issue of our newsletter format to allow for hyperlinks.
We are currently looking for someone who can help us create an email (we use gmail) with an embedded image and hyperlinks. Companies like Mailchimp have very strict templates and do not allow for customization. Therefore, we have created the newsletter image on indesign and can share it on PDF format, so we need someone to help embed it on email to send to our client list. Please refer to the attachment for our previous newsletter. This issue would follow the same format and font.
