Email Template Fix & Mobile Optimization

I'm in need of an experienced email template coder to help repair my current template which I send out via Sendy.
#1 Currently, when we swap out photos, the images become distorted in mobile, but remain fine in desktop.
#2 Also, a scroll bar appears in mobile, but remains fine in desktop.
#3 Currently, mobile code has been added to where we must add images and text for both version, when we should only add code and images to the desktop version and it's automatically converted mobile responsive.
Need quick turn around time.
