Problem: Offshore person needs to send emails via my email address.
What I Need:
(1) Offshore person (via a form) sends email address, contractor type (table provided) and zip code (table provided) of a customer. (City and county fields hidden behind Advanced link).
(2) My email address receives info, then parses, creates and sends customer an email from prewritten templates based on category + zip code data..
