Email Campaign Architect | Marketing & HTML
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Part-Time Marketing Operations Specialist (HTML & Email Campaigns)
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Operations Specialist to support our team on a part-time, ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who is both technically savvy with HTML/email building and comfortable with marketing fundamentals like copywriting, segmentation, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do
Build and structure HTML email campaigns, landing pages, and related assets.
Implement proper formatting and linking (hyperlinks, layouts, images, etc.) to ensure campaigns look professional and function correctly.
Write and/or edit copy for email campaigns when needed.
Manage email segmentation and ensure campaigns are targeted effectively.
Coordinate, schedule, and launch email campaigns on a month-to-month basis.
Serve as the go-to person for all ongoing and future campaign needs.
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical skills in HTML and email page building.
Experience with email marketing platforms and list management.
Solid understanding of copywriting and how to adapt tone for different audiences.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
A resourceful, “all-in-one” marketer who can handle both technical execution and creative support.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
About the Role
Part-time, hourly contract role — workload fluctuates depending on campaign cycles.
Flexible schedule; hours are light once campaigns are launched.
Not a full-time position; ideal for a freelancer or someone looking for consistent, ongoing side work.
Must be comfortable working in the political/democratic campaign space.
If you’re a smart, adaptable marketer who can seamlessly blend technical HTML skills with marketing execution, we’d love to hear from you.
