WP, Elementor and Code specialist needed

My client hired 2 supposed developers to build a website and has been scammed out of thousands of dollars. He brought me on 6 months ago to work on his marketing which, included working with a company who he hired to complete and launch his website. It has been a complete disaster. We are 6 months in and still his website has not been completed. He has been working on this for the past year and a half. The problem is that they added code to Divi Builder and now I will not be able to make any changes now or in the future. Please help.
